Key Responsibilities

:
Conduct video and telephonic consultations with patients through the MyKare platform.

Address all medical inquiries within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Assess symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice

Support post-surgical follow-ups and offer patient education tailored to their recovery needs.

Accurately document all consultations and maintain updated digital health records.

Coordinate closely with internal teams--coordinators, specialists, and operations--to ensure seamless patient care.

Uphold high standards of clinical accuracy and ensure a positive patient experience in every interaction.

Requirements:

BAMS degree from a recognized medical institution.

Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical council.

Minimum of 2 year of clinical experience, ideally within hospitals or telemedicine platforms.

Strong decision-making skills with clear and empathetic communication.

Proficiency in using digital tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in teleconsultation or remote healthcare delivery.

Understanding of post-operative care protocols and patient counseling.

Multilingual proficiency--especially in English and regional languages such as Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil
