Job Purpose The incumbent is responsible to meet production target as required to meet market requirements for Creams and Ointment Packing department. To ensure smooth functioning of Creams and Ointment packing department by adhering to product quality and timelines. Key Responsibilities Packing activities To carry out all type of Batch packing activities (e.g., packing, sorting etc.) and cleaning activities with strict adherence to BMR/ SOP / GMP / Safety requirements. To carry out Production RF (Bar code scanner) activity in MERPS (SAP system) - To check the WM staging material. Assign RF device to PO, Assign HU to process order, create HU, Issue material to PO, goods receipt, Move GR material to Return to warehouse. To ensure that the status labelling is effectively implemented to meet the GMP and SOP requirement. To carry out area line clearance and record the entries in logbook and BPR for batch operations. Support Supports in departmental day-to-day activities. To support during validation, environmental monitoring and inspection activities. To participate and contribute in department ZAP, ZIP, ZWP, aligned with the PDP goals. Compliance To carry out the activities and documentation as per the requirement of cGMP To carry out and properly record the in-process checks as per the BMR requirements. To follow and implement GMP & Safety requirements during the department activities. To follow & implement the disposal procedures to meet various regulatory & group requirements. Input to GSK systems e.g., dMERP, VQD, VQMS, Workday etc. General To maintain discipline in the department. To maintain and follow changeroom discipline, also support in facility maintenance. Strictly adhere to the timings e.g., Reporting, Tea, Lunch, Dinner etc. Coordination To report any abnormality observed during packing immediately to the concern Management Staff. Administration activities To clean, set up, change over, and maintain the packing line and other machines. To maintain good housekeeping and cleaning in all areas of the department including washrooms as per the requirements of cGMP & EHS. Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required A. Educational Background Minimum Level of Education - HSC / SSC/Diploma Engg C. Other Job-Related Skills/Background Strong customer focus. Operate with sense of integrity, ethics, responsibility, and commitment. Result-oriented. Excellent team working skills, excellent \'active\' listening skills. Release energy. Live our values.
