As a General Operative-II, you'll play a vital role in our packaging department, performing essential tasks to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You'll work closely with a supportive team, contributing to process improvements and ensuring compliance with procedures. Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Perform batch packing activities, including sorting, cleaning, and labeling, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensuring proper setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting. - Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation for batch operations. - Support validation, environmental monitoring, and inspection activities. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. - Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications/Skills Basic Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with: - High School Certificate (HSC/SSC) or Diploma in Engineering. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. - Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: It's a plus if you have: - Technical knowledge of packaging equipment. - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Experience with SAP or similar systems for production activities.
