Norwood Modular is seeking a

skilled and experienced General Operative

for our

LED Department

. The ideal candidate should come from a similar industry with

3-4 years of experience

, capable of handling day-to-day operations, coordination, and supporting overall department management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

day-to-day operations

within the LED department. Assist the team with

installation, assembly, testing, and quality checks

of LED products. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow. Support department leads in

planning, scheduling, and task allocation

. Ensure all LED components and materials are handled and maintained properly. Monitor progress and report daily updates to management. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major concerns when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience

in the LED or electrical/lighting industry. Strong understanding of LED components, wiring, and assembly processes. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle operational tasks efficiently and independently. Basic technical troubleshooting ability. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management. Must be willing to work

6 days a week
