RESPONSIBILITY 1:
Ensure Reliable Accounting
? Record, control and report transactions in the area of responsibility ? Ensure communication, documentation and risk mitigating actions to support audits. ? Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution. ? Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual fi nancial closings and fi nancial statements validation ? Ensure good fi nancial reporting based on understanding of data ? Appropriate, apply and follow up group and local accounting norms

? Employ standardized tools, templates and forms for transaction, reporting and documentation
? Adhere to the company's chart of accounts and accounting policies, and stay updated.
? Follow a standardized closing checklist and timeline
? Conduct variance analysis and document explanations
? Participate in internal and external audits
RESPONSIBILITY 2:
Improve Processes
? Actively design, document and communicate internal processes in the area of responsibility to stakeholders ? Contribute to constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (effi ciency) ? Organize, improve and securize the KPIs of specifi c subprocesses.
Means
? Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement
? Solicit feedback from stakeholders on process effectiveness
? Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements
RESPONSIBILITY 3:
Be an Accounting Value Partner
? Provide Provide fi nancial insights and alerts for business risks (fraud, compliance) and associated mitigating controls ? Consult and bring transparency to business stakeholders on fi nancial KPIs and processes.

? Communicate potential risks to management and stakeholders in a timely manner
? Prepare and present regular fi nancial reports and dashboards to stakeholders
? Provide training and support to stakeholders on fi nancial processes and systems
