Job Description

A General Medicine Fresher supports senior physicians in diagnosing, treating, and managing common medical conditions in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. The role involves patient evaluation, documentation, medication management, and assisting during procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial patient assessment, history taking, and physical examinations.
Assist senior physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Monitor patients' clinical conditions and update medical records.
Prescribe medications under supervision and ensure correct dosage/administration.
Order and interpret routine lab tests and basic diagnostic investigations.
Provide emergency medical support and stabilize patients during critical situations.
Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans, lifestyle, and medications.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and ethical standards.
Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff for integrated patient care.
Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and clinical training sessions.
Requirements
MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
Valid Medical Registration (State Medical Council / National Medical Commission)
Completion of Internship with experience across major departments
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
MD General Medicine
1. Eligibility (Before Joining MD)
Must have completed MBBS from a recognized medical college/university.
Should have completed Compulsory Rotatory Internship (CRI).
Must hold a valid Medical Registration from the State Medical Council / National Medical Commission (NMC).
Must qualify through a national-level entrance exam (e.g., NEET-PG).
