Job title: Assistant to the Head of Marketing (General Marketing Support)

This role plays a critical role in enhancing team efficiency, streamlining and managing operational processes, and enabling the Head of Marketing to focus on strategic priorities by managing logistics, coordinating projects, and supporting campaign execution.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and senior marketing leads (e.g., Brand, Digital, Content, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing) to support planning, scheduling, and project coordination.
The candidate will work with Marketing operations to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked and reported accurately.
The candidate will liaise on PO processing, budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor onboarding for marketing-related expenditures.
The candidate will Coordinates meetings, briefings, and asset reviews, helping to keep content production aligned with campaign goals.
The candidate will support cross-functional collaboration for go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and campaign alignment.
The candidate will assist with communications, contract logistics, and scheduling between marketing leadership and third-party partners.
The candidate will coordinate and undertake varying admin roles to ensure seamless calendar management, meeting preparation, and alignment with marketing priorities.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
