General Manager-Service- Automobile Industry- Madhapur /Hafeezpet

We are looking to hire General Manager-Service

, ?who has energetic and passionate about the work and has good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing staff, coordinating repairs

2.Controlling the service budget

3.Implementing marketing plans

4.Ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards, and enhancing customer loyalty and retention.

5.Manage all aspects of the service department to ensure smooth operations.

6 Track service department performance using reports and data to identify areas for improvement.

7.Ensure all operations, including maintenance and repair work, meet safety and service standards.

8.Oversee and control the department's operating budget and manage inventory.

9.Promote a positive and collaborative environment within the service department and with other departments.

10.Focus on increasing profit margins for the service department.

11.Prepare and administer the annual operating budget for the service department.

12.Develop and implement marketing plans to promote new and repeat service business.

13. Ensure a high level of customer service delivery.

14.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

15.Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree

2. Languages: English, Telugu and Hindi

3. Experience: 5+ Yrs (Automobile Industry Exp)

4. Critical thinker and good problem-solver

5. Should have Good Communication skills
