Job Description

The

General Manager

- Real Estate will be responsible for

overall business operations, strategic planning, project execution, sales performance, and profitability

of real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and ensure timely delivery of projects in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Strategic Management



Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion Identify new business opportunities, land acquisition prospects, and joint venture partnerships

Project & Operations Management



Oversee end-to-end real estate project execution (planning, construction, delivery) Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Sales, Marketing & CRM



Lead sales and marketing strategies to achieve booking and revenue targets Monitor pricing, promotions, and inventory management Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Financial & Budget Control



Prepare and manage annual budgets, cash flow, and cost controls Monitor financial performance, MIS reports, and profitability Ensure effective utilization of resources and cost optimization

Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure compliance with RERA, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements Manage contracts, approvals, documentation, and risk mitigation Liaise with legal advisors and government authorities as required

People Management & Leadership



Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams Drive performance management, capability development, and succession planning Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification preferred

Experience & Skills



8-15+ years of experience in the real estate industry Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial projects Strong understanding of real estate markets, regulations, and project lifecycles Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
