General Manager - Furniture / Interior / Modular Factory Operations

We are seeking an experienced

General Manager

to lead and oversee the complete operations of our

furniture and modular manufacturing facility

. The ideal candidate will manage production, quality, supply chain, and workforce to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of modular furniture/interior manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations, production planning, and process efficiency Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and timelines Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution

Key Skills:

Operations management, modular furniture manufacturing, production planning, team leadership, vendor management, quality control, lean manufacturing, ERP knowledge, and project execution.

Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
