About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
General Manager
to lead and drive our organization towards achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managerial roles with strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent communication abilities. This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all functions of the organization, with a strong focus on team management, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the entire team to achieve company goals and targets.
Drive business growth by developing effective strategies, setting clear objectives, and ensuring timely execution.
Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including administration, financial analysis, and vendor management.
Analyze financial reports, monitor budgets, and implement corrective measures to ensure profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure seamless coordination between various departments for smooth functioning of operations.
Implement and maintain best practices in administration, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Proactively identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve business performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare periodic performance reports for top management.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of
10 - 15 years of managerial experience
in a similar role, preferably within the
MSME sector
.
