Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational or large organization.

Required Skills



Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence and drive cultural change.

Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to design and implement training and development initiatives for skill enhancement.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
