for General Manager
A General Manager for a civil site manages and oversees the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Project Planning and Strategy

: Develop strategic plans for civil engineering and construction projects, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
2.

Project Execution

: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from concept to completion, ensuring all project phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
3.

Budget and Resource Management

: Manage project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources, materials, and labor effectively to meet financial targets.
4.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all civil works meet specifications and high-quality standards.
5.

Documentation and Reporting

: Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to relevant stakeholders.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Experience 12-15 Years
3. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, safety regulations, and potentially design software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
