Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects in the power and energy sector
• Manage a team of civil engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timeline
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Expertise in Civil construction of BTG, BOP, chimney and Civil & structural work.
• Oversee the design and construction of civil structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
• Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the project team
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications:
Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 25-30+ years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing civil engineering projects
• Proven experience in handling large-scale projects with adherence to quality and safety standards
