Experience: 15-20 years of experience with a minimum 5-8 years of experience in a General Manager role within the Fiber Glass, Acrylic Signage Manufacturing industry

Compensation:15-18 lakhs per annum

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of fiberglass and acrylic signage production processes Ability to handle both field operations and office administration Good communication and negotiation skills Strategic planning and decision-making capability

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end production operations Ensure timely project execution and delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation Maintain quality and safety standards Manage client relations and handle escalations Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency Report to senior management with updates and strategic recommendations

Additional Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and optimize production workflows to maximize productivity Manage procurement of raw materials and ensure proper inventory control Review and approve project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and customer specifications are met Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of production and operational staff Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and efficiency Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing/contracts Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce new technologies where needed Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth coordination between teams Monitor budgets and ensure financial discipline Represent the company in client meetings, audits, and technical discussions Prepare and present monthly operational and financial reports to management.
