Job Title: General Manager - Two Wheeler Dealer

Location: Gandhinagar

Salary Range: upto 40 k

Department: Sales & Operations

Reports To: Director / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day dealership operations including sales, service, spare parts, and finance.

Drive business growth by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments for seamless customer experience.

Develop and achieve monthly/annual sales and profitability targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to design strategies.

Implement customer relationship management to enhance retention and loyalty.

Ensure highest standards of customer satisfaction across sales and service touchpoints.

Address escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Lead, motivate, and mentor sales, service, and support teams to achieve performance goals.

Conduct regular training and performance reviews to build a high-performing workforce.

Manage budgets, P&L statements, and dealership financial performance.

Ensure compliance with statutory and manufacturer's requirements.

Control expenses and optimize resource utilization

Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans.

Build partnerships with banks/financial institutions for vehicle loans and financing solutions.

Strengthen brand presence through effective promotions and events.

In-depth knowledge of automobile sales, after-sales service, and dealership operations

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

3-5 years of experience in the automobile industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in dealership operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
