We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hospital. The role requires complete supervision of general hospital activities including housekeeping, staff management, and coordination between various departments such as HR, Accounts, Reception, and Pharmacy.

The General Manager will ensure that all departments work efficiently and in harmony to maintain smooth hospital operations and deliver excellent patient service. He/She will be responsible for managing staff performance, maintaining discipline, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the premises, and monitoring daily workflow.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the role involves supporting marketing initiatives, implementing effective sales communication, and assisting in business development strategies to improve the hospital's reach and performance. The General Manager will also coordinate with the accounts team for budgeting, expense control, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, along with proven experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
