Hotel RS Grand is looking for an experienced and customer-focused
General Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and lead all departments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
Ensure excellent guest service and handle escalated issues.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, budgeting, and overall hotel performance.
Lead, train, and motivate staff across all departments.
Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and corporate clients.
Implement cost-control measures and support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
5-10 years of experience in hotel operations, including managerial roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hotel software (PMS) and basic computer skills.
