- Oversee and manage all ongoing construction projects, including new project development, ensuring progress aligns with organizational objectives and strategies.
- Plan for timely completion of projects, strictly within allocated budgets and in accordance with quality standards and client requirements.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for each project to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely delivery.
- Coordinate allocation and deployment of resources, personnel, and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity across multiple projects.
- Mobilize and manage manpower, ensuring the right workforce is available at the right time to meet project demands.
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and maintain accurate records as per established safety norms.
- Monitor and measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and supervision to subordinates to ensure continuous progress.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assign tasks, and clearly communicate expected deliverables to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives, securing necessary approvals and maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including senior engineers, site engineers, contractors, and all onsite construction personnel.
- Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress, promptly resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external consultants, architects, engineers, and vendors to facilitate collaboration and project success.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and optimal resource allocation.
- Obtain management approvals for any change orders and responsibly manage project expenditures and budget modifications.
- Prepare and schedule detailed financial reports for all projects, tracking expenditures against forecasts and providing regular updates to management.
