Job Summary
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end modular kitchen business, including sales, showroom operations, design coordination, production liaison, installation, and post-sales service. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of modular kitchen execution to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead overall sales growth, profitability, and business development for the modular kitchen division.
Build and manage strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and accountability of sales, design, and operations teams.
Oversee showroom operations, MIS, sales pipelines, and ensure high customer experience standards.
Provide leadership on modular kitchen design approvals, estimations, and project coordination.
Ensure seamless coordination with production and installation teams for timely, quality project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree
5-10+ years of experience in modular kitchens or interior fit-out industry.
Minimum 2-3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
* Proven experience in showroom operations and managing large-scale residential projects.
