General Manager

with strong expertise in both

Operations and Sales

within the

Electrical Battery industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, streamlining operations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Oversee end-to-end operations including production, supply chain, procurement, and quality control Ensure efficient manufacturing and operational processes Optimize costs while maintaining quality and safety standards Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities Manage key clients, distributors, and channel partners Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Lead and mentor the sales team for performance excellence

Leadership & Strategy:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports Drive strategic planning and long-term business growth Report directly to senior management / board

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in the

Electrical Battery / Power / Energy sector

Strong knowledge of

operations management and sales leadership

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills Ability to handle P&L responsibility Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
