Sourcing Lead - Leather for Leather garments

of sourcing experience, including

International leather markets

. Strong exposure to Leather garments. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field. A go-getter attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results. Willingness to travel Domestic and International. Lead leather sourcing for Garments from India and International - from supplier identification to final fulfillment. Build and maintain a strong vendor network across China. Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and contracts to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery. Stay on top of market trends to identify new materials and supplier opportunities. Manage logistics, import documentation, and supplier audits. Travel periodically to vendors for production follow-ups and quality checks.
