Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Management
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
Oversee financial health, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L.
Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
Manage stakeholder, client, and partner relationships.
Operations & Project Leadership
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Lead engineering/production teams, promoting high performance.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality (ISO), and regulatory standards.
Implement continuous improvement
Manage project lifecycles from planning to execution, including resource allocation.
Team & Personnel Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales and engineering staff.
Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
Handle conflict resolution and performance management.
Technical Oversight (Specific to Engineering)
Oversee technical design reviews and approvals.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing engineering.
Ensure technical solutions meet business and client needs.
Reporting & Compliance
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations.
Report progress and performance to executive leadership.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Extensive experience in management and operations.
Minimum 10 to 15 yrs of experience in process industry and 5 yrs in Management position.
Experience in equipment's like Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Towers and Heat Exchangers.
Experience in handling Process Skid Packages
Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.
