Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the company.
Allocate service staff to customer locations and ensure timely service.
Supervise telecalling & sales teams and track performance.
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain service schedules, stock, and customer records.
Report directly to management on daily operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
Requirements
Age:
35 years or above
.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations/service management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good communication in
Tamil & English
(Hindi is an added advantage).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Preference for candidates from
home appliances, AC, or service industry
.
