Key Responsibilities:



responsible for over all administration , operations and track performance of the employee. Managing the day-to-day activities of a business or organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. co ordinate with site supervisor and client to complete the order . Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees. Leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmen Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub vendors Developing and implementing transportation policies, programs, and schedules for routes, loads, and deliveries. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, shipments, and other transportation-related activities. Monitoring stock levels, ordering new items, conducting regular inventory counts, and managing stock effectively. track the delivery and return process through store keeper .

Skills and Qualifications:



Operational Management:



Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Financial Management:



Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Relationship Management:



Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, sub vendor

Performance Management:



Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.

problem solving:



Identifying and resolving operational issues, addressing customer concerns, and mitigating risks

HR magement



Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR databases.

civil knowledge



Deep understanding of the specific civil construction , renovation , and scaffolding related work.

Technical Skills:



Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:



Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured work environment.

Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
