General Manager, Operations
A Leader with 20 years of experience to head operations at a leading domestic client site in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a Finance & Accounting (F&A) subject matter expert with extensive experience in operations management, presales, and client growth strategy. Prior exposure to the Retail & E-commerce industry is highly preferred.

Finance & Accounting

Deep domain expertise in F&A processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Reporting, Compliance)

Demonstrated success in presales, solutioning, and client onboarding

Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts

Strong leadership and team management capabilities in a client-facing environment

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
