Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

: bcom/engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Advanced Degree

: An MBA or equivalent can be advantageous1.

Experience

Industry Experience

: Minimum of 7-10 years in the corrugated manufacturing industry.

Leadership Experience

: At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Skills and Competencies

Technical Knowledge

: Understanding of corrugated box manufacturing processes, machinery, and materials.

Operational Management

: Ability to plan, execute, and optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

Quality Control

: Implementing quality improvement programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Financial Acumen

: Managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring financial goals are met.

Problem-Solving

: Addressing production issues, customer complaints, and technical challenges effectively.

Communication

: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

Production Planning

: Overseeing the production process to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Maintenance Management

: Ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed to optimize machinery and resource use.

Customer Relations

: Handling customer complaints and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues.

Safety and Compliance

: Ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership

: Leading and motivating the team to achieve production targets and maintain a harmonious work environment.
