Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager - Super App to lead business growth, operations, and strategic initiatives for our Super App platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with or in consumer-facing digital ecosystems similar to BookMyShow, Paytm, Blinkit, Zomato, or related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business operations and growth strategy for the Super App Drive partnerships, onboarding, and market expansion initiatives Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams Analyze user behavior, market trends, and business performance metrics Ensure seamless execution of app-led initiatives across regions Represent the organization during domestic and international business engagements Own P&L responsibilities and ensure operational efficiency
Required Experience & Skills

3-5 years of overall experience in marketplaces, or high-growth digital platforms Prior exposure to companies such as BookMyShow, Paytm, Blinkit, Zomato, or similar ecosystems is mandatory Strong understanding of app-based business models, customer acquisition, and scaling strategies Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills High adaptability and willingness to travel extensively
Educational Qualifications

Postgraduate degree is mandatory Specialization in Entrepreneurship is compulsory Preferred hiring from Ashoka University
Travel & Mobility

Willingness to travel extensively within India (70%) Comfortable with international travel (30%) as business demands
