Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Oversee clinical, administrative, and support departments to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement policies, budgets, and procedures aligned with the hospital's mission and goals.
Ensure adherence to health regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and the community.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators including patient satisfaction, financial performance, and clinical outcomes.
Guide talent management efforts, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and leadership development.
Represent the hospital in public and professional forums, building partnerships with stakeholders and regulatory agencies
