We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

General Manager - Techno Commercial

to lead and manage the overall operations of our manufacturing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for

end-to-end business management

-- including

Purchase, Sales, Production, and Operations

-- excluding Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across departments. Lead Purchase, Sales, and Production teams to ensure operational excellence. Drive business growth, profitability, and process efficiency. Develop strategies to achieve organizational and financial goals. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for timely delivery and compliance. Act as the

Business Head

for a company with a turnover of approx. ?100 Cr.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Engineer / MBA preferred. 10-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Prior experience in

Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG (Non-Food), or Pharma

industry. Strong techno-commercial acumen and leadership skills. Ability to independently handle complete plant and business operations.
