G M Fabrics is hiring for the role of "General Manager - Technical" to handle composite factory operations largely responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Job Role:

Lead overall operations of the composite textile factory, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and cost efficiency Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Implement robust administrative systems, SOPs, and performance monitoring tools across departments Troubleshoot technical and operational issues promptly to ensure continuous production. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning, process improvement, and resource optimization. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations. Guide and mentor departmental managers to enhance technical capability and operational discipline.

Education and Experience:

Graduate in Textile Technology/Engineering with MBA in Operations/Management. 15+ years of experience in textile manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Strong expertise in composite factory operations (spinning, weaving, processing, finishing). Proven skills in administration, plant management, and problem-solving
