Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with the brand's quality and service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address feedback promptly to maintain superior service quality.
2. Financial Performance & Budgeting
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans in coordination with the corporate office.
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and yield management initiatives.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining service excellence.
Ensure compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards.
3. Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.
Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans to exceed expectations.
Oversee quality control in all aspects of operations--rooms, food & beverage, spa, and other guest services.
4. Human Resources & Team Development
Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a motivated, guest-focused team.
Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
5. Sales, Marketing & Brand Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to position the hotel effectively in local and national markets.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
Develop promotional strategies and partnerships to maximize occupancy and brand visibility.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure the property adheres to all legal, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, security, and risk management across the property.
Implement sustainability practices aligned with the brand's eco-friendly initiatives.
7. Strategic Planning & Growth
Work closely with senior management to define and execute the hotel's strategic goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to identify new opportunities.
Uphold the brand's vision and ensure every aspect of the hotel reflects Ilara's core values and hospitality philosophy.
