1. General Manager - Operations (Field-Based)

Field Work Involves:

Visiting project sites, branches, or factories Checking operations, worker performance, and daily activities

Main Roles:

Ensure smooth operations in all field locations Solve on-site problems quickly Supervise field teams and technicians Maintain safety and quality standards

2. General Manager - Sales & Marketing (Field)

Field Work Involves:

Meeting clients, visiting markets, analyzing customer demand

Main Roles:

Increase sales in different regions Lead field sales teams Identify market opportunities Build strong client relationships

3. General Manager - Construction / Site Work

Field Work Involves:

Daily visits to construction sites Supervising engineers, contractors, workers

Main Roles:

Oversee project progress Check quality of materials and work Ensure work is completed on time Coordinate with architects and consultants

4. General Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain

Field Work Involves:

Visiting warehouses, transport hubs, delivery routes

Main Roles:

Monitor goods movement Improve supply chain efficiency Manage drivers, delivery staff Solve transportation delays

5. General Manager - Manufacturing (Plant & Field)

Field Work Involves:

Visiting manufacturing units, quality-check areas

Main Roles:

Oversee production Ensure machinery maintenance Control wastage and improve output Direct workers and supervisors

6. General Manager - Agriculture / Mining

Field Work Involves:

Site visits to farms, mines, or exploration zones

Main Roles:

Inspect field operations Check on-ground productivity Manage workforce and machines Ensure safety rules are followed

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
