Sun Blue Metals, a leader in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Construction sector, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth across its units at Kelambakkam & Muthukad. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills, industry knowledge, and strong business acumen. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of RMC plants and ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and profitability.
Monitor production, quality, and delivery processes to maintain high standards.
Manage workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and statutory compliances.
Drive cost control, resource optimization, and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with senior management to provide reports, forecasts, and strategic inputs.
Lead initiatives for market expansion and business development in the construction industry. Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Business Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in RMC / Construction industry with managerial responsibilities.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multi-site operations.
