Accountable for the sales of Highbar in Government & PSU sector.
To achieve "quick-win" within a very short time-frame.
Role:
Identify opportunities
Build relationships
Nurture and leverage existing relationships
Work to pre-qualify Highbar using its own or the Group capabilities. Also work to build alliances with organizations that possess pre-qualification so that the joint proposition will be strong enough to win the order
Get Highbar qualified to bid
Prepare and submit the bid
Work to win the order
Complete the contractual documentation and collect first payment
Handover to Delivery for project execution
Ensure quick-win to enthuse the organization to focus on the sector
Candidate profile
: Graduate (preferably Engineer) with MBA
Experience:
12+ years in IT-Sales
Minimum 5 years of proven track record of IT Solution/Services Sales in Government / PSU Market, with 2 years in leadership role
Excellent contacts with the decision makers within Govt / PSU organizations
Experience of building PQ through alliances and sufficient market contacts for the same
