We are seeking skilled and dedicated General Manager - Spares (JCB Product range) to manages the inventory, storage, and distribution of spare parts for vehicles or machinery. They also ensure that parts are available when needed and assist customers with parts-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts of JCB Products.

- Procurement & Supply Chain: Develop procurement strategies and coordinate with JCB & Manage sourcing and purchasing of parts

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the parts department team & ensure efficient and customer-focused operations

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive spare parts strategy

- Financial Oversight: Monitor and control parts department costs, contribute to overall profitability

- Customer & Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments, ensure parts availability and resolve issues

- Process Improvement: Implement and enforce policies and procedures & Improve efficiency and customer service

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Business Administration (Proffered: Supply Chain Management, Logistics)

- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, and parts management

- Strong leadership, negotiation, team management, and communication skills

- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office & DBMS
