8+ years in Sales, Marketing & Operations (preferably in HORECA / FMCG / Hospitality sector)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the
entire HORECA division
, from marketing strategy to sales execution.
Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective
sales & marketing plans
.
Build, guide, and manage the
sales team
, ensuring monthly and annual targets are met.
Develop strong relationships with
key clients, distributors, and partners
.
Oversee
end-to-end operations
, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (accounts, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth business operations.
Represent the company in key meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Report directly to the
Director / Management
with performance updates and strategic inputs.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred (specialization in Marketing or Business Management).
Proven track record in
Sales & Marketing leadership
roles.
Strong understanding of the
HORECA sector
and customer behavior.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to manage multiple teams and drive overall business growth.
