The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, drive performance, lead teams, and implement process efficiencies. A strong background in the automobile sector, especially experience in Maruti systems, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across sales, service, spare parts, or branch operations.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business dashboards for performance improvement.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver business goals.
Improve process efficiency, adherence to SOPs, and customer experience standards.
Collaborate with OEM teams for audits, reporting, and business planning.
Ensure team training, performance evaluations, and capability development.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Mandatory Requirements
At least 10 years working in a similar role with Maruti Suzuki is preferred/mandatory based on company criteria.
Hands-on experience in automotive dealership management or OEM-level operations.
Strong team management and operational control capabilities.
