Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire service department, ensuring efficient and effective operations while maintaining the brand\'s service standards. Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in a managerial role within the luxury automotive service sector. Proven track record of success in managing service operations, achieving targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Deep understanding of luxury car brand service standards, technical aspects, and customer service excellence. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
