Position

: GM - Service

Experience

: Minimum 10-15 years in automobile after-sales service, including 5+ years in a leadership role (GM, Service).

Qualification

: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Age Range

: 35 to 50 years preferred

Reporting To

: Dealer Principal

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage

entire after-sales operations

(workshop, bodyshop, CRM, parts coordination) Improve

CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

Control

TAT, productivity, and efficiency

Ensure

Hyundai service SOP & audit compliance

Lead a large team (advisors, technicians, CRM, drivers) Coordinate with

Hyundai Service Field Teams

Handle escalated complaints and high-value customer grievances Conduct daily performance reviews and monthly planning

Salary

: ₹70,000 to ?80,000/month (based on capability) + Incentives + Allowances

Preferred

: Hyundai brand experience or other premium OEMs
