Position: General Manager-Service
Experience-5-10 Years(minimum 3 year Experience with TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle)
Salary-upto 8.5 LPA
Location: Raipur,Chhattisgarh

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day functioning of the workshop including service, repairs, bodyshop, and electrical/mechanical departments. Implement training and skill development programs for workshop staff. Track KPIs such as revenue, labour utilization, customer satisfaction, TAT (Turnaround Time), and repeat repairs. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure long-term relationship building. Prepare MIS reports for management review and ensure profitability of workshop operations. Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. Prepare and review workshop performance reports. Ensure effective job allocation, scheduling, and timely completion of service/repair work.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills. Knowledge of Tata Motors DMS/CRM systems is an advantage
