General Manager - Tata Motors Authorised Service Station
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure adherence to Tata Motors SOPs.
Lead and motivate teams across both locations (SA, Technicians, Parts, Warranty, Bodyshop).
Drive revenue growth in Service, Parts, Warranty & Accidental business.
Ensure high-quality repairs, timely delivery and strong CSI performance.
Monitor parts inventory, stock levels and improve consumption.
Manage warranty processes and coordination with Tata Motors officials.
Implement process improvements, productivity tracking and MIS reporting.
Handle major customer escalations and ensure smooth workflows.
Maintain 5S, safety standards and overall workshop discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
