Role Summary
The General Manager will be responsible for managing the entire operations of the Senior Living vertical, ensuring seamless service delivery, resident satisfaction, compliance, and financial performance. This role demands strong leadership, empathy, and prior expertise in handling senior living communities.
KRA: Task / Activities
-Lead and manage all operations including administration, hospitality, healthcare coordination, and resident engagement.
- Develop and implement SOPs and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure safety, well-being, and quality of life for residents.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Build and manage a high-performing team for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Organize lifestyle and engagement activities for residents.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Resident satisfaction score ? 90%
- Reduction in operational escalations and complaints
- Compliance adherence with zero non-conformities
- Efficient cost management within budget allocation
- Timely execution of community programs and activities
