Managing the budgeted targets for the respective states to meet the Sales turn over and Sales collection to ensure the desired business growth with timely forecasts, planning, indenting , stock procurement , invoicing and managing the receivables, Inventory, Collections and Extension work (RICE), including the product promotion and customer relations (trade & grower), in compliance with the company policies and the regulations of the Agri. Department and the concerned regulatory authorities with support from the sales staff and accountable for the least stock return to maximize the net sales and strive for the best NRV to the company and maintain good customer relations . Support, arrange & monitor own production & processing of the products , suitable to the North Indian markets on contract basis in close coordination with SCM and compliance to the company policies. Support in Product sourcing, pricing and plan the positioning including the coordination for arrangements & purchase of the packing material and packing of the finished products, with logistics suitable for North Indian markets. Develop a strong team and plan for training and strengthening the team with a succession planning in place. Min. 15 years experience in S&M, with Bachelor/ Masters Degree in agriculture.
