Job Overview
The position available is for a Senior-level General Manager - Security at our group company Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. This is a full-time role located at the headquarters in Hyderabad. The role demands expertise in managing security operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and utilizing advanced security technologies to protect the company's assets and interests.
Qualifications and Skills

• Security Operations experience at a strategic level (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Regulatory Compliance to adhere to industry standards (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Security Technology for implementing modern protective measures (Mandatory skill).
• Solid grasp of Risk Management to identify and address potential security risks efficiently.
• Proven Team Leadership skills to manage and motivate security personnel effectively.
• Experience in Budget Management to optimize resource allocation for security operations.
• Crisis Management capabilities to respond decisively during emergencies or sensitive situations.
• Background as Retired Defence Personnel at the level of Lt Col or Col, demonstrating disciplined strategic insight.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks to maintain operational integrity.
• Implement and maintain cutting-edge security technologies to enhance company-wide safety measures.
