Santhosh Trading Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead a team of 20 members, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, highly organized, and capable of managing overall company functions while directly reporting to the owner. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all departments.
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of 20 employees to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth business functioning.
Coordinate with the owner and provide regular performance and operational reports.
Review and analyze business data using Excel for decision-making and process improvement.
Ensure timely execution of orders, billing, logistics, and client requirements.
Monitor financial, operational, and administrative activities to meet company goals.
Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflow for better efficiency.
Maintain discipline, performance standards, and team morale. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
7 to 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in trading, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and general business operations.
Ability to create, implement, and monitor SOPs and performance metrics.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
