About the Company
We are a fast-growing Bioplastics manufacturing organization focused on sustainability, innovation, and high-quality product delivery to B2B clients. We are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced General Manager to lead sales growth and support operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development (Primary Focus)
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
Build partnerships with corporate buyers, bulk purchasers, and distributors
Monitor and lead field sales teams to achieve targets
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits
Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and track the pipeline
Operational Management
Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely delivery of orders
Work closely with departments such as production, logistics, QC, and supply chain
Track inventory levels and improve operational efficiency
Growth Strategy and Market Development
Identify new revenue opportunities and customer segments
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Support basic digital sales enablement activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, operations, or business management (manufacturing preferred)
Proven B2B sales skills with strong negotiation capability
Ability to lead field sales teams
Proactive problem-solving and leadership skills
Basic understanding of supply chain or production processes is preferred
Availability to join within 30 days
