The ideal candidate will drive rental revenues by tapping into multiple channels including travel agents, NRI clientele, corporate tie-ups, and online platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMy Trip, and more. This role also includes expanding the in-house rental business through innovative strategies and resource optimization.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Channel Development- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with travel agents, corporate partners, and tour operators (domestic and international).- Build partnerships with channel partners, especially targeting the NRI market.- Generate and convert leads from both offline and online sources.- Set monthly and quarterly revenue targets and ensure consistent growth.2. Online Platform Management- Oversee listings and optimize property visibility on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Vrbo, etc.- Monitor pricing strategies, reviews, calendar syncs, and response times to maximize occupancy. Implement dynamic pricing tools and SEO strategies to improve performance.3. In-House Rental Strategy- Develop and execute a direct rental model, reducing dependency on third-party platforms.- Launch and grow a branded in-house rental booking platform.- Create seasonal and experience-based packages to attract bookings directly.4. Marketing & Promotion- Work with the marketing team to roll out targeted campaigns (email, digital, influencer) for property promotions.- Organize events/webinars for NRI outreach and travel agents.- Create presentations, brochures, and content for various sales pitches.5. Operational Collaboration- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences and property readiness. Monitor feedback and reviews, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).- 5+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, rental management, or travel business.- Proven track record in sales growth, especially in short-term rentals or real estate.- Familiarity with OTA platforms, digital marketing strategies, and pricing tools.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Experience dealing with HNI/NRI clients is a strong advantage. KPIs / Success Metrics:- Monthly rental revenue and occupancy growth.- New partner/channel acquisitions.- Conversion rates from online and offline inquiries.- Direct booking vs. OTA ratio.- Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).Preferred Attributes:- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude.- Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems.- Ability to travel as required.
