The GM-Sales is responsible for driving overall showroom sales performance, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly revenue, volume, and profitability targets. This role leads the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to grow the dealership's market share.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Performance
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (retail, corporate, exchange).
Track and analyse sales performance (model-wise, executive-wise, source-wise).
Implement strategies to increase footfall, conversion ratio, and profitability.
Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and market trends.
2. Team Management
Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team (Sales Manager, Sales Executives, Marketing Team).
Set daily/weekly targets and review performance.
Conduct regular sales training on product knowledge, customer handling, and closing skills.
Manage staff allocation, discipline, attendance, and overall team productivity.
3. Customer Relationship & Satisfaction
Ensure best-in-class customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with premium, fleet, and corporate customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups for enquiries, test drives, and conversions.
4. Showroom Operations
Maintain showroom standards, branding, and display compliance as per OEM guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation: quotations, finance, insurance, invoicing & delivery process.
Coordinate with Service, Accounts, Spares, and Back-Office teams for seamless operations.
5. Marketing & Business Development
Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and promotions.
Build partnerships with corporates, colleges, communities for bulk enquiries.
Monitor digital marketing leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Analyse lead sources and improve ROI on marketing spend.
6. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with OEM audit standards.
Review stock availability, aging vehicles, and order planning.
Maintain proper records of bookings, cancellations, deliveries, and financial documents.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
