Lead and execute sales strategy for a large integrated township project
Achieve sales targets through direct sales, channel partners, and brokers
Build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
Oversee lead management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and site activities
Monitor sales performance, MIS, and CRM reporting
Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical sales practices
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights
